At the start of 2025, we were thrilled to announce the return of our annual talent competition: an opportunity for employees to pursue their passions, develop meaningful projects, and receive support from ALTEN to help bring their ideas to life.

What is ALTEN’s Got Talent (AGT)?

ALTEN’s Got Talent is our way of celebrating the diverse interests and initiatives of our employees, especially those that make a difference in their communities. Whether it’s a

personal passion project, a skill they want to develop, or an initiative that benefits others, AGT gives employees the chance to showcase their ideas and apply for funding to support them.

In nearly a decade of operation, this programme has helped employees turn their aspirations into reality; whether by advancing their skills, supporting local causes, or driving positive change. Each year, competition grows stronger as more employees put forward inspiring projects.

This year, we were proud to support ten incredible initiatives, ranging from improving badminton coaching for young players to completing a charity Three Peaks challenge, and even helping employees make an impact as parent governors in their children’s schools.

We are continually amazed by the creativity, dedication, and social impact of our team members, and we can’t wait to see what they achieve next!
