3 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Business Managers are at the heart of our continued growth and success with responsibilities including technical sales, P&L and HR management.
They are responsible for the growth and development of their own client base by means of new customer acquisitions and management of existing key accounts.
In addition, each Business Manager is independently responsible for making long-term decisions regarding the direction and technical strategy of their business unit.
This includes responsibility for ensuring excellence in the people management and advancement of each individual consultant. Business Managers act as intrapreneurs within Alten.
They play a key part in building a scalable organisation and have full responsibility for their individual business unit’s success and profitability.
