What will you be doing? 

As an Electronics Engineer, you will join Solihull team to support our activities within the Aerospace sector. 

Your main responsibilities will be: 

  • Lead the design and development of electronic systems for aerospace applications, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Conduct rigorous testing and validation of electronic systems to ensure reliability, safety, and performance in aerospace environments.
  • Component level fault finding at PCB level and liaising with the design engineer to correct any identified errors.
  • Elevated temperature testing of PCB assemblies.

Who are we Looking for? 

  • Engineers that will be responsible for design and development of power electronics for power conversion and power quality applications.
  • Engineers with knowledge of Schematic capture and PCB layout.

Experience, skills and qualifications required: 

  • Familiarity with aerospace standards and regulations (e.g., DO-178, DO-254) is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CAD tools for Analogue design and simulation.
  • Proven experience in electronics design and development, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
